For the SIP Wooden Workbench I bought, they offered the lowest price plus free shipping (other Irish sources wanted €40!). Unfortunately the tool rest broke the next day probably due to a manufacturing defect so I sent them an email. Got a reply 15mins later that they were sending out a new one, no questions asked.
