A perfect transaction. The MTS Direct website is user friendly and easy on the eye. For the SIP Wooden Workbench I bought, they offered the lowest price plus free shipping (other Irish sources wanted €40!). Unfortunately the tool rest broke the next day probably due to a manufacturing defect so I sent them an email. Got a reply 15mins later that they were sending out a new one, no questions asked. Arrived less than 24hrs later. I cannot be more impressed with their customer service. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

I am a complete newby to welding and had been shopping around feeling a little hesitant about getting an entry level machine.
