Ordered a lathe from them. Very happy with the price and especially the free shipping on such a large object. Arrived 3... days later (ordered on a Saturday). Worked flawlessly from the box and really well packedUnfortunately the tool rest broke the next day probably due to a manufacturing defect so I sent them an email. Got a reply 15mins later that they were sending out a new one, no questions asked. Arrived less than 24hrs later. I cannot be more impressed with their customer service.
