Worked flawlessly from the box and really well packedUnfortunately the tool rest broke the next day probably due to a manufacturing defect so I sent them an email. Got a reply 15mins later that they were sending out a new one, no questions asked. Arrived less than 24hrs later. I cannot be more impressed with their customer service. I am a complete newby to welding and had been shopping around feeling a little hesitant about getting an entry level machine.
