This mobile cold water high-pressure cleaner was developed for quality-conscious private users, craftsmen and building cleaners. Absolutely excellent customer service and such a nice person. I had an issue with my pressure washer and contacted the seller. He went out of his way to meet me on a Sunday, even though the shop was closed, and immediately replaced the machine with a brand-new one. He took the new machine out of the box, tested everything thoroughly, and made sure it was working perfectly before I left. He couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly, or accommodating.
It’s not often you come across that level of customer service these days. I really appreciate the way he dealt with the situation

Unfortunately the tool rest broke the next day probably due to a manufacturing defect so I sent them an email. Got a reply 15mins later that they were sending out a new one, no questions asked. Arrived less than 24hrs later. I cannot be more impressed with their customer service. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

I am a complete newby to welding and had been shopping around feeling a little hesitant about getting an entry level machine. I got talking to Gavin at MTS and he was extremely helpful and keen to get me started. The machine and the safety gear he recommended were excellent, easy to use and affordable. Having made a start I rang Gavin for a few more starter tips and he was only too happy to oblige. He has an excellent knowledge of welding, and I would thoroughly recommend getting a machine from him. Really excited now about getting stuck in !! Thanks again Gavin !!!
