Bought a predator pressure washer from mts which I was very happy with, mts gave me some great advice as I wasn't sure what machine I needed. Ordered a lathe from them. Very happy with the price and especially the free shipping on such a large object. Arrived 3 days later (ordered on a Saturday). Worked flawlessly from the box and really well packedUnfortunately the tool rest broke the next day probably due to a manufacturing defect so I sent them an email. Got a reply 15mins later that they were sending out a new one, no questions asked. Arrived less than 24hrs later. I cannot be more impressed with their customer service. Will definitely be ordering from them again.Can not recommend them enough

I am a complete newby to welding and had been shopping around feeling a little hesitant about getting an entry level machine. I got talking to Gavin at MTS and he was extremely helpful and keen to get me started. The machine and the safety gear he recommended were excellent, easy to use and affordable. Having made a start I rang Gavin for a few more starter tips and he was only too happy to oblige. He has an excellent knowledge of welding, and I would thoroughly recommend getting a machine from him. Really excited now about getting stuck in !! Thanks again Gavin !!!
