A perfect transaction. The MTS Direct website is user friendly and easy on the eye. For the SIP Wooden Workbench I bought, they offered the lowest price plus free shipping (other Irish sources wanted €40!). The item was dispatched on the same day and arrived with me a few working days later in good condition.

Bought a predator pressure washer from mts which I was very happy with, mts gave me some great advice as I wasn't sure what machine I needed. Ordered a lathe from them. Very happy with the price and especially the free shipping on such a large object. Arrived 3 days later (ordered on a Saturday). Worked flawlessly from the box and really well packed

Unfortunately the tool rest broke the next day probably due to a manufacturing defect so I sent them an email. Got a reply 15mins later that they were sending out a new one, no questions asked. Arrived less than 24hrs later. I cannot be more impressed with their customer service. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

I am a complete newby to welding and had been shopping around feeling a little hesitant about getting an entry level machine.
